STANTON GRAGG AND STEVE WARD
STANTON GRAGG

Stanton and Robyn were married in 1985. They have lived in Independence, Lee’s Summit, Raytown, and now reside near Lone Jack. Stanton received the call to the gospel ministry and was ordained in 1998 at New Hope Baptist Church in Holden, Missouri. He helped to found Heritage Baptist Church that same year.

Stanton enjoys turkey hunting (in season) and bluegrass music (all season). Robyn is an award-winning quilt maker and has donated many quilts for auction to the Apple Festival held each year by the Missouri Baptist Children’s Home in Peculiar, Missouri. Daughters Jessi and Hannah both were born on Valentine’s Day, ten years apart. Jessi moved to Tennessee after college, and Hannah is currently homeschooled.

STEVE WARD

Steve and his wife Jaime have three children: Madelyn, Gideon and Andrew. In February 2000, Steve was ordained and set apart for the ministry of the Gospel at Heritage. Prior to that, he servered as an interim preacher at Calvary Baptist Church in Lamar, Missouri for two years.

Steve attended Midwestern Theological Seminary and studied Biblical Greek under Dr. Alan Tomlinson. He works for Terracon Consultants as the Manager of IT Solutions, developing software for environmental compliance. Jaime homeschools their children and is an active member of the Tapestry of Grace homeschool community. Steve and Jaime are the proud owners of several of Robyn's quilts.
